About PrimSeedPower

PrimSeedPower is a COST Action dedicated to advancing seed priming solutions for sustainable and climate-resilient agriculture. Through international collaboration and innovation, we connect researchers and innovators across Europe and beyond to develop practical, evidence-based approaches to agricultural challenges.

Our network brings together experts in agronomy, plant science, sustainability, and climate adaptation to create solutions that improve crop resilience while reducing environmental impact. We facilitate knowledge exchange, collaborative research, and the development of new methodologies in seed priming and related technologies.

Join us in building the future of sustainable agriculture through innovation, collaboration, and evidence-based practices.

Our Mission

To advance seed priming science and practice for sustainable, climate-resilient agriculture across Europe and globally.

Key Objectives

  • Consolidate existing knowledge on seed priming techniques and their applications
  • Identify and develop innovative seed priming approaches for crop resilience
  • Bridge research and practical implementation in agriculture
  • Support farmer and stakeholder engagement in sustainable practices
  • Strengthen international collaboration among researchers and practitioners
  • Advance evidence-based policy recommendations for agricultural sustainability
